Party with a Purpose!
We all enjoy the community we share in our fellowship hall at church. In March, Summit Chruch, who currently owns all the chairs and tables in the fellowship hall will be moving into their new building, obviously taking all the chairs and tables. Up until this point, they have graciously allowed us to use them without restriction. But we desperately need to replace these before April so we can continue to enjoy our community events in April and beyond. We prepose a “Party with a Purpose!”
We want to use the Christmas Party this year as a fundraiser! We need to raise approximately $6000 to purchase chairs, tables, and a chair rack to store all the chairs. The breakdown is as follows:
100 Chairs @ $25 = $2500
6 - 6 Foot Table @ $100 = $600
5 - 8 Foot Table @ $150 = $750
12 - 5 Foot Round Table @ $150 = $1800
1 - Chair Rack = $350
TOTAL = $6000
We would love for you to personally give financially to purchase the chair and/or table you are sitting at with friends and family. We know God will lead people to give cheerfully and beyond this goal, but we believe this to be a tangible and intriguing way to raise money for a real need in our church.
